Denny Woyak

Designated Broker

Both Founder and Designated Broker, Denny works tirelessly to provide the Brokers at FirstPoint with the best tools, resources and accessibility in order to grow and maintain a healthy sphere of influence. Also, as the President of TPCAR (Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors), Denny advocates for Brokers all across Pierce Country and is well educated on the latest in the industry. If you have a question, he’s the guy to ask!

John Gregory

Assistant Office Manager / Broker

John Gregory has been with the company since 2011 and takes point as the Office Lead Manager, helping agents with lead conversion and working on strategies to manage their work load. In a competitive industry, it’s important to make sure we are top notch. John has been in the industry for over 25 years, and FirstPoint is lucky to have him!

Rich Heaton

Broker

Like most of the advisors, Rich has been part of the FirstPoint Family since 2011. He spends his time in the office as a mentor for agents who need answers or suggestions if the Designated Broker is unavailable. With 15 years of real estate experience, you can be sure that Rich will be able to help you out!

Mike Nelson

Broker

Mike has been with FirstPoint since 2011, and has taken on an active role as an advisor and mentor in the office for other agents to depend on and learn from. He often provides insight on how to improve the quality of our office both socially as a team and the fluidity of our operations.

Steve Roggow

Recruitment Manager / Broker

Steve joined the FirstPoint Family in 2017 and works to provide agents with accessibility to resources like commonly used vendors and inspectors, as well as some marketing materials. Steve also actively examines where the hardships are in the business and how we as a company can better assist brokers in their transactions.
